How it Works
You pick a venue and on the date of your event, we'll provide set-up and tear-down of the inflatable screen, the projection system and sound system.
An outdoor movie is a fantastic option for community or corporate events as well as festivals or any event that requires social distancing.
Licensing Fees
Before your event, we'll help you obtain licensing rights to the movie you plan to show. Since licensing fees can vary depending upon the studio, it's important to choose a movie early in the process in order to obtain the cost.

Venue reservations
Book early, as the more popular venues fill up quickly. Be sure to consider issues such as parking, access to power, restroom facilities and restrictions regarding closing times.
Choosing a date and start time
Since movies cannot start until sundown, consider the length of the movie. Longer run-times might be best scheduled for a weekend.
Keep it legal
To show a movie outdoors to a public audience, you must obtain performance rights, typically a fee of a few hundred dollars. Metro Technical Services can assist you with licensing.
Publicize your event
Use social media or community bulletins to post your event. Tap into your sponsor's vendor network or partner with other local community organizations.
